Bed and breakfast and self catering cottage

Bed and breakfast in Exebridge, Devon (borders with Somerset).

Staghound Cottages were built on the flood plain of the River Exe approximately 500 years ago. They were originally an Inn, then three thatched cottages which have been recently converted into a guesthouse.

The house is on the River Exe, and it is set in beautiful unspoilt countryside close to Exmoor.

Bed and breakfast
I am very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world and I aim to make your stay here enjoyable and comfortable while making as little impact on the environment as possible.

Pottery
There is a working pottery at the house which you are welcome to browse around.

Directions

Leave the M5 motorway at Junction 27 for Tiverton and Dulverton. Keep on the dual carriageway for 7 miles, until you come to a roundabout. Turn right towards Dulverton. After a few miles you will come to another roundabout at the Exeter Inn. Bear left. The next junction is The Black Cat. Take the middle road to Dulverton. Follow this road for a few miles and as you come into Exebridge there is a sharp left hand bend then a road to your left by the round house. Take this road and you will find Staghound Cottages on your left after 300 yards, next door to the Anchor Inn and the river.
